Garin Heslop is a builder. He sees problems and builds solutions to them, and only spends his time on the ones he truly believes in. Raised by his single father, he learned to work for what he had before he learned what he wanted. He went into real estate at nineteen and was a self-made millionaire by twenty-one, running an end-to-end operation that guided builders and developers from raw land through construction to a buyer holding the keys. At twenty-four a near-fatal motorcycle accident cut that company short, and his own recovery showed him the trap on the other side of pain: an opioid epidemic hollowing out his community with no safe natural alternative. So he built one. Medcare Farms grew into a vertically integrated cannabis operation spanning cultivation, distribution, retail and delivery, that crossed $14 million a year, employed 100+ people, and ranked top-ten retail and top-twenty CPG in California.

Then 2022 ended that second company for reasons outside it. While he was leading more than a hundred employees through the back half of a pandemic, an eight-month stretch took his father, his grandmother, his marriage, and the business that depended on all of them. The companies were healthy. Life was not. It almost ended him.

What he was reborn into wasn't another business. It was a mission. GYNERGY is the third. Co-founded with Yesi Magaña in 2023, it rests on a framework Garin started drawing the winter before, after most of his life had been packed away: Health, Relationships, Mindset, Wealth, Legacy. One column for every part of his life that still owed him work. Most of the past year he's been building the AI coaching infrastructure underneath, GYNERGY.AI and ARIA, because frameworks don't stick when there's no operating system around them. The mission is larger than the company: by 2035, a thousand homes built for families in need, a hundred learning centers, a million lives moved. Most coaches teach what they've read. Garin builds what he had to put back together himself, one column at a time.
